Loyalty Discounts

As a thank you to all those who continue to provide ongoing orders, WAI Engnieering has introduced a system of Loyalty Discounts.

For all those who meet the requirements, a discounted rate will be used for general consulting, general drawings, structural steel detailing, or the preparation of P&IDs.

When an order is placed for more than the value of 3 hours of work, a discount will apply to the next order placed with WAI Engineering, as long as that order is placed within 3 months of the date of the invoice for the previous order, and that invoice is paid by the due date shown on that invoice. If valid, the hourly rate will be discounted by $4.00 per hour (subject to change). There is no limit on the size of the order, just that the order is placed before the Loyalty Discount expires, and the previous invoice has been paid by the due date.

Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

• Loyalty Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash or any other consideration;

• Loyalty Discounts cannot be accumulated;

• Loyalty Discounts are not transferable or refundable;

• Loyalty Discounts supersede all other discounts previously offered;

• Loyalty Discounts will only be recorded when payment has been received, and backdated to the invoice date;

• Loyalty Discounts are only updated for orders meeting the minimum value;

• Loyalty Discounts are only redeemable if not expired;

• Loyalty Discounts expire after 3 months from the invoice date of the last invoice;

• Existing Loyalty Discounts expire when a new Loyalty Discount is earned (i.e. only the last Loyalty Discount is valid).

These terms and conditions can change at any time, and the Loyalty Discounts system may be suspended or withdrawn. All existing Loyalty Discounts will remain valid until they have been used or expire.
